WHO WE ARE

Aline Pimenta

Founding partner of Oitto, Aline holds a PhD and Master’s in Social Communication from PUC RJ, a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from UFRJ, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, an Executive MBA and extension in Consumer Anthropology, both from Coppead / UFRJ. With 20 years of experience in Communication and Marketing in large advertising agencies, working with national and international clients, she has been dedicated to projects with a positive impact since 2012. Mother of two charismatic and fun teenagers, Aline is driven by the possibility of contributing to the redefinition of business success.

Cláudia Mattos

Founding partner of Oitto, Cláudia has a postgraduate degree in Economics and Business Sustainability Management from the UFRJ Institute of Economics, a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from UFRJ, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. For more than 25 years, in Brazil and Latin America, she managed the communication of major national and international brands in the advertising market. Since 2000, CLaudia has managed a positive impact program in Baixada Fluminense (Rio de Janeiro) and is proud to be a social entrepreneur for all these years. Passionate about people and good ideas, Claudia believes she can make a difference in building a scenario where companies, brands and society have a healthy and fair relationship.

Julia Barros

Head of Customer Service and New Business at Oitto, Julia Barros has a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from PUC RJ. Juliahas more than 20 years of experience in Customer Service with a focus on branding, communication strategy and business. Having worked in agencies in Rio and São Paulo with national and international brands from different segments, Julia thrives on building strong relationships, partnerships and making new connections, promoting a light and collaborative work environment. Julia believes that people and businesses (which are carried out by people) are agents that transform society. Mother of two wonderful boys, . Every day is a learning experience and a chance for a meaningful exchange.

Bruna Maria

Bruna is a researcher with a bachelor’s degree in Geography from PUC-Rio and is also an Environmental Technician. She began her career as a Young Apprentice in a multinational construction company and later managed a family business for a year. She worked on a sociocultural mapping project in Duque de Caxias (State of Rio de Janeiro) and contributed for three years to the production of a theatre company. She was part of the production team for the “Imbariê Contra o Corona” campaign and worked for four years as Production Director at FAIM (Arts Festival in Imbariê), in Baixada Fluminense - RJ. Passionate about the relationship between the environment and society, Bruna believes that effective and humanized management, guided by strategic mapping, can bridge the gap between dreams and resources.

Karina Vasconcelos

Karina has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from PUC-Rio. Since 2015 she has been a volunteer at Instituto TMJ Rocinha, where she works producing social projects in the community. For two years, she was part of the audiovisual production content team for the Rocinha  Foco channel, the largest community digital media channel in Rocinha. Karina is originally from the state of Pernambuco, but it was in Rio de Janeiro where she found the ​​opportunities to explore the world. She carries her northeastern accent with great pride and is recognized for her strength and sensitivity as an authentic woman from Pernambuco.
